- 5 years of formulation experience in skincare product development
- Strong understanding of the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept through line extensions
- Working knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree required (Chemistry preferred)
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Stable work history with a proven record of success
- Creative problem-solving abilities with examples of past achievements
