Required Skills and Experience:

- 5-12+ years of experience in beauty marketing, branding, and product development, including hair color and wet line products
- Demonstrated success in identifying new product concepts, positioning, formula development, packaging development, creative design, merchandising, and advertising
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Purchasing, Packaging, Creative, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Education to execute product development and marketing programs
- Hands-on salon experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop marketing professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (MBA in Marketing preferred)
