This flavor/fragrance/additive industry leader has turned to me to locate a seasoned Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee a key portion of the plant’s production area. Due to a recent promotion, this plum position with a company long recognized for its innovative and unique chemical additives for food and personal care products is now open for the right person.

In this role you will you will be responsible for the following critical management activities:

- Oversight of a 24/7 manufacturing area
- Continuous process optimization and project work
- Safety and quality programs guidance
- Supervision of 40+ hourly employees with 4 direct reports

Bring the following skills and experience to the table for immediate consideration:

- 5+ years in a similar manufacturing role (CPG or Food strongly preferred)
- BS in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
- Strong familiarity with CGMP and HACCP programs
- Experience managing manufacturing staff (union environment a plus)
