Human Resources (HR) Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Develop training and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Monitor employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent).
Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
