Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships across the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The successful candidate will combine deep industry expertise with the ability to generate new business, manage strategic accounts, and lead consultative sales efforts.
This role reports directly to the President and offers a hybrid work schedule—three days engaging with clients and internal teams in the field, and two days from a home office. The title and scope of the role may be adjusted depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate (Director, Senior Director, or Vice President level).
