Although our Los Angeles-based client firm is excited to add a talented Key Accounts Sales Manager to their expanding team, not just anyone will do. They are seeking an organized, driven “product junkie” with a strong passion for the beauty industry.  This role could be a great step forward for someone who has 2-3 years of experience in B2B cosmetics, skincare, fine fragrance outside or inside sales.  As Key Accounts Sales Manager you will be responsible for working with a dedicated Sales Coordinator to oversee all established key accounts’ needs and daily interactions.  

Our client is an exciting indie brand within the premium cosmetics segment with endorsement from celebrity users like Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Rihanna and Lady Gaga. Their products have been promoted heavily on social media and have landed in Sephora and ULTA stores to great acclaim (selling out within the first week at Sephora)! Following close on the success of their online sales success and subsequent US retail rollout, they see the need for a dedicated sales manager to oversee their established accounts.

Bring the following skills and experience to the table for immediate consideration:

  • 2+ years sales experience selling product to premium US beauty retailers (i.e., Sephora, ULTA, Nordstrom, Cult Beauty, etc.)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Good project management experience
  • Passion for beauty products
  • Strong communication skills
